Service Scope & Conditions
These Terms govern all coaching sessions, workshops, and digital products. Services are non-transferable and subject to availability. Fees are due in advance; cancellations within 48 hours incur full charge. Pro bono services are at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property & Usage
All materials (workbooks, templates, recordings) are proprietary and protected by international copyright. Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal or internal business use. Resale, redistribution, or public display is prohibited without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is capped at the fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or productivity outcomes not guaranteed. Client warrants they have the authority to engage for their organization.
Termination & Dispute Resolution
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, fees for completed services are non-refundable. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules in Travis County, TX. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
